The French talisman has scored his 12th goal in Serie A, his MOST for AC Milan in a single season. This is his highest goal tally since 2016/17 where he scored 12 with the London side.

Juventus improved but never came close to the equalizer in the missing of injured striker Dusan Vlahovic, Giroud’s goal stood as Milan sealed their fate.

Stefano Pioli’s side completed their third Seria A double victory over Juventus in the last 50 years, also doing so in the 1990-91 and 2009-10 campaigns.

For Allegri, he may be soon discovering his fate when his side finish outside of Italy’s top four for the first time since 2010-11 (when they finished seventh).

Milan wrap up their Serie A season against Verona next Sunday, while Juventus will be playing for a Europa League place when they visit Udinese on the same day.
