Torino 2-1 AC Milan: Serie A 22/23 MD12 Highlights
AC Milan were unable to make it five league wins in a row as they fell to a disappointing 2-1 defeat away against Torino on Sunday night.
Two goals in two minutes
AC Milan’s title defence takes a šÆš¶š“ šµš¶š against Torino as the two goals came in only 2 minutes of Serie A 22/23 MD12.
Koffi Djidji headed first in the 35th minute, and Aleksei Miranchul fired past Ciprian Tatarusanu via a deflection in the 37th minute, at the Olympico de Torino. The two goals somehow ended the game early, despite Milan’s effort in getting it back for the rest of it.

The first chance of the game fell to Rafael Leao as Brahim Diaz found the winger with a smart switch ball to the far side.
Unfortunately, the ball was never really brought under control and the eventual effort from inside the box was sliced wide.
Leao had another great chance and again it was Brahim Diaz who fed the Portugal international on the break, this time with a pass along the ground that seemed like it just needed stroking home with a sidefoot, but Leao scuffed it again.
It was Torino who took the lead ten minutes before the break and it was a set piece that was Milanās undoing again. Kalulu was penalised for a foul near the touchline and the resulting free-kick was headed in by an unmarked Djidji via the far post.
Milan were gifted a route back into the game as Messias halved the deficit midway through the second half.
A long and hopeful ball towards the Brazilian looked like it would be easily dealt with but some miscommunication between Buongiorno and Milinkovic-Savic saw the keeper stranded in No Manās Land giving Messias the task of curling into an empty net.
More than 20 minutes left, but the away team could not find another goal and accepted the close defeat.
The damages done to AC Milan
The defeat ended Milan’s winning streak at four games at Serie A, also saw Milan’s Europa-wide record come crashing to an end.
Serie A reigning champions lost an away game after 17 matches on the road without a single defeat (12W 5D). Rossoneri now saw the longest run in the Top five Europa League leagues ended.
